what you’re giving it is very you know shocking sometimes when you see a no
specimens and you ask them Oh was that Meg and they don’t know what
that give it to a patient you know and it’s embarrassing fairness to go to the
patients and say hey Julie this is your medication
Julie is was this I’m gonna say oh I don’t know that’s that that is very
embarrassing so it is very critical that loss is no more than giving can wide a

of it and of course do you know what make is for now depression most of you
are gonna ask me is how do I know on my meds I give so many minutes in a
day in a nursing home for example you have one nose with at least 30 residents
during the day shift how is this most expected to know all the medication that
they’re giving to 30 residents and study should have average made by resident in
a nursing home is at least seven pills for one person so that means you may
have people who are getting 15 minutes 10 minutes how you gonna know all of
them let me give you 80 how what I did when I was you know a young
knows I used to know my math by using a flash card you know I go look ultimate
in my medication book then I write down the side effects of it in a flashcard
then and I’m home after dinner I’ve been looking at them I didn’t in previewing
them to know the side effects and this is only one the movements of course as
nurses do you know a lot of the medications already so anytime you come
across a new medication that you don’t know please before you give it to
anybody you need to go and look it up and know what is the medication for the
side effects and between the doses of the medication so now you guys are
walking you have google you can always google the math look it up write it down
you can use the flash card or you can just write them down you know and have a
picture of it in your in your turn in your phone but however you do it it is
critical you look it up you write it down strong yeah because I noticed that
when you write something down it’s very easy for YouTube for whatever it is to
think your brain please look up your head low your knees that’s our tip
number one thank you very much for all that you do and we appreciate it and we
