there's no cure the body heals itself if you let it people don't let it that's the problem I don't even know what letting it means I don't think you could get better than nature no animal cooks their food so parse out what you can eat without cooking in its natural state one thing at a time so I don't eat one thing at a time as well oops yep some leaves and seeds and nuts but you want to eat too many nuts because you can't get the shell open very hard only a few nuts you can get the shell open easy and you won't need very many oh I don't really any nuts but you eat cooked food though yep you're in the cook food fever it's not bad for you it's the body doesn't want anything non-organic and when you cook something at teenagers it doesn't view it as food it can parse it and assimilate some nutrients from it but it always sends lymphocytes to the gut when you eat cooked food because it doesn't recognize his food it's a foreign object it doesn't matter if it's good if it's if it's perfect but food doesn't matter if it's nutritionally sound the body views it is something that's not organic and since lymphocytes and put you in cook food fever so I should just start eating Westin no not exclusively I would say primarily fruit because lettuce is too harsh fiber now you can you can kind of deal with the the tender herbs and it doesn't really cause too much problem eating a lot of those for me even but once you get clean you can start you won't be able to tolerate some of them stuff because you get used to the way your you feel you feel so good how I feel at least there's nothing to compare I'm not going back for something sun-dried what would that be sun dried sea I think all fruits should be not not so much dried but Sun warmed if it's dried it's just going to be dehydrated mainly which sea I think we should get all our water from mostly from fruit if you you're gonna need water supplement and where else you can't get that like you're gonna go this stream I don't trust any of our city water or anything like that so I mean you can you can eat dried fruit it's just it's just gonna be dehydrating it's going to be hard on later on the gut because it digestion requires water so it's gonna pull some of the water out of your existing stores in your cells but eating it dried fruit exclusively or in large amounts eventually it's not it's just not gonna be as good I imagine myself with it I don't like to Lee as a book okay see that doesn't even assimilate the same way you're just gonna pee most of it out and drinking water to see I don't drink anymore cuz I don't ever feel thirsty when I high water content fruit all the time and I have absolutely no desire to drink water I don't have the feel I don't have the throat tingle any of that so it when they say eight glasses of day that's based on how dehydrating the standard American diet standard UN diet is because breads all those dehydrated and cooked foods are very dehydrating like beans and stuff like all that's dehydrating to the body and that it has to pull water out of it cells in order to digest it so you end up being dehydrated and especially salt dude oh my god everything is salted that is the absolute worst if you do ain't just cut out salt and completely NaCl no more now sodium in in sodium in its natural state organic state is not a NaCl and that's assimilable so it doesn't have the bonded Co so it's a different molecule well NaCl that's just dehydrates the out of you because the body what it does is it tries to dilute it because it sees it as poison no you just get super thirsty and then you get a d'emic because the body pulls up our water everywhere where the salt is and you get all puffy that's why they say Oh get your electrolytes no that just just makes you a d'emic what fruits would you suggest anything local in in season and of course your higher any oxidants are going to be better like the grapes and stuff but really any-any for I would say go for organic when you can because pesticides are pretty bad I don't eat cucumbers as a primary but if I want something savory or something in the liking you can do some cute guy I like cucumbers every once a while they're very watery they cool you down I treat them as a melon I really like nose but if you if you know anything about fook mining you should really should not eat melons with anything else because they digest so quickly and if you do eat them on top of something they will firm it in your gut and they'll discuss perhaps what types it now like when is you and watermelon I would eat the watermelon first because it digests the quickest out of all them do the higher water but I haven't announced a problem with myself when I do that but I have noticed a problem when I eat no one off top of like a salad or something oranges are pretty powerful me they're high water they're astringent they have a lot of antioxidants pretty good cherry tomatoes um yeah dude I like my tomatoes I think tomatoes are probably one of my favorite savory fruits I pretty much only go buy organic Tomatoes now because they're on the Dirty Dozen list for pesticides banana they're a lower water content fruit but they will satiate you they will stabilize you they are pretty good for that and they're consistent like if you don't live in the tropics you can get consistent bananas no problem I just go for the organics just because organic bananas are cheap pears and pink lady apples those pears and apples I love pink elite I love honey crisps brainy Smith but gray-smith are supposed to be yellow very light green turning yellow at least I mean the reason they're sour is because they're a little bit on the right if you can eat right for ripe fruit is always going to be bearing on right but don't there are several things you throw out if you if there is unripe like aunt and ripe mangoes that's just gonna be too acidic like unripe lemons that's gonna be even more acidic although lemons are pretty great and astringent like if you can if you can handle it just make up me Otto lemons but if you're not about detoxification and you don't have to do that I mean you will get places but just eating any fruit without cooked food you will get places the body does what it does you can't stop it sometimes I thought just going standard vegan I was like Ben my digestion is perfect and then when I cut up cooked food I was like what there was another level you will get places just on any fruit just a light version of this like a salad every day and then fruit throws today that's still pretty strong considering what the standard American Standard UN diet is even with the oily dressing there's a spectrum to it I would say the fried food and stuff that would be at the bottom and then whole food plant-based that's like in the middle of the spectrum and then no cooked that's considerably higher and then cutting out the the oils because the a lot of raw food is do you still use the oils the vinegars I'm like no that's just holding you back man what so coops that's just like no processed food that's still pretty good a lot of people see vast improvements on that and even like just steaming vegetables like if that's your only cook food you're doing pretty good if you just slightly steamed vegetables because oil oil is too dense it's too fatty too dense there's no fiber in it and it's in it pretty much it's in so many processed foods that you don't even like they say it's good for your heart but that's like that's like a trigger for me like that means they can't market it for anything else because if something's bad for your heart pretty much only animal products are bad for your heart saying something is good for your heart that's a low bar because it's hard to make something bad for your heart unless it's animal product but they say oh it's good for your heart as like an alternative to like theory or whatever it's like and they say Cheerios is good for your as an alternative to eggs and bacon obviously but I wouldn't say Cheerios are any good for you that's just the best they can market it to you know but if Cheerios gets you off of eggs and bacon for breakfast I would say that's a plus so there's a lot of improvements small improvements that anybody can make you know the people in this study for protein deficiency kwashiorkor they ate only starch they only ate roots thing was a yuca it's basically potato like a root vegetables that's pretty much the only thing they ate and they developed fatty liver and they say protein deficiency but it was basically fatty liver and their feet swelled which is a symptom of kidney failure and then they and they attribute that to protein deficiency but that's not even close to to what is happening to me no like and I you know fruit which is lower in protein so it's it's totally I think one of the things which was totally miss marketed and a scare tactic stuff like that so definitely not having fatty liver and small feet right now or any lack of energy definitely I'm pretty constant energy throughout the day I don't have crashes the crash doesn't exist you know I don't need coffee and I think that's pretty great I think just that like people need coffee I should tell you a lot like I need my coffee to make you throughout the day like that should tell you something and once your taste palette kind of adjust to more like natural like foods and stuff your palate changes like it gets us burnt out in my opinion because it's overly stimulated with salt and all the dense stuff here's a thought anything you have to dress up to make taste better you shouldn't be in the first place
