  2. such problem arise due to heredity , sedentary life , unhealthy food, stress and sleep deficiency….see where u can manage ….i lost 10kg with severe thyroid vitamin d ,b12 deficiency and fibromyalgia….i do all my household chores myself, and a job too…it is possible…push urself….do try to loose weight thru good diet and good sleep…

  5. Maitree curry patta ka 10 -20 leaves chew karke khao. Aapka thyroid level kam ho jaayega. Naturopathy mein ye treatment diya jaata hai.iska koi bhi side effect nahi hoga.and also u will loose weight with curry leaves.but fresh patta. Take care dear

  6. Maitreyee please can you share your thoughts about what all needs to be done when thyroid is high. my tsh is 12. I'm confused about taking homepathy medicine, but i heard allopathy medicine is for lifelong once we start.

  7. Early morning (best is before 7 am) 45 min sunlight er exposure nao…this is natural way to combat vitamin D deficiency. I have hypothyroidism too but I don't stop any vegetables…I do avoid high GI food and any food containing preservatives. ..also focus on controlling carbs…eating a lot of fibre rich greens… I think these habits have started showing improvement in me. I was prediabetic and now non diabetic. It helps control my weight too
